There are some mods every ENB preset maker should take into account i think this is definitely one of those that needs full support http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/24460/ from anyone

Also if you didn't already know, I have extended the use of Boris enbweather to include all weather's. Both Vanilla Skyrim and a plugin with the revamped exterior fog effects added Which I saw you were using with your ENB preset.
