RaceMenu is a great mod for scaling your height. Check out the user gallery - it has some very amusing pics.

Man, leave this forum for a bit and you can really see the rise in quality. At this point, I see no reason to tweak anymore, too many good configs out there. But that's ok, it will actually save me a lot of time
