Re: TES Skyrim

Played a little bit so I could get Lydia and dragons start showing up. I seem to have problems with adaptation at night. I want to be able to see in the shadows but I don't want nights to be very bright, adaptation solves this but makes things too dark when I look at intense fire or auroras.

Re: TES Skyrim

@ Confidence-Man

Really good looking pictures with a nice realistic lighting feel from it :)

I think it's about time I post some preset pictures instead of EWE pictures ;)

lol thanks. Keep in mind though what you don't see are all the bad aspects as I only show pics from spots where I spend a lot of time adjusting the lighting in the creation kit.

I found I spent too much time adjusting and readjusting enb settings to compensate for nonsensical values in all the weather profiles, so it's easier to fix those than endlessly tweak this and that trying to find some middle ground where everything looks right. It takes a long time but at least I can feel like I'm making progress.

I deleted the original zip file I downloaded, but it was on the 19th so I think it was version 2 point 5. I am also using your ini files and I have to say they are a noticeable improvement in visual quality than the tweaked ini files I was using. I will use them with any config from now on :D

Also, my frame rates were better with your config than the one I'm working on. And no, didn't do any tweaking, but since everyone probably do not have the same mods running, it might be slightly different from one user to another.

Overall, it is very good. I like it and endorsed it :)
I can see better with your nights than the config I normally use which was a nice change of pace.

One more thing...I didn't know if you saw a previous post of mine saying this, but the presentation you have on nexus for Far Off ENB was very nicely done. The design, etc. ;)

Hey thanks man! It was fun designing it! I'm really happy Grace Darkling pulled that quote because it sorta helped set the tone for the way I saw the design for the page. Did all of that with MS Word 2010. Never thought Word had it in it... lol!

So when you get a chance, you may want to try out my latest ENB coming up. v3 :)

Someone said it looked like these two were doing gangnam style in the pic, when really I'm just about to get stabbed to death... HAHA! "AAAAY SEXY LAD-A!!!"
