I also adopted my old Skyrim preset for Fallout NV. I think that it better fits the post-apocalyptic world :

Looks great Guzio it partly remembers me of the Art Direction of RAGE, that rusty everything broken look your ENB adaption fits well with that brown sepian touch for the outside feels nicely 50 movies style and in between that futuristic powerful light colors
Also i like the sharpness balance lot of details though not to sharp but also not to blurry
