"deffered rendering" is an obsolete message from skyrim ENB so you can ignore it.
you most likely get no DoF because you are using the default files? there is no DoF file included (enbeffectprepass.fx). you can copy any from skyrim presets you want.

I concur! Thank you all for your hard work thus far. Ryuken, your preset is amazing looking! If you find a spare minute, would you mind dropping a link to it somewhere? Even if it's just a work in progress, I'd like to play with what you've been able to achieve so far.
