Re: TES Skyrim

Your lighting looks always so perfect. I know skyrim good enough that it's not always like that ( At least in mine)
But from those pics I get the impression this game is 2017.

If you upload the normal map, I gladly have a look at it. The entry should be correct as you it in nifskope
If you tell me the gauntlets from the last picture, I'll have a look at them, too.

Re: TES Skyrim

Interior lighting in Enderal is a little better than in Skyrim.
The gauntlets from the last pictures are still in work :) I have edited only the mesh and texture for the cuirass.

The rock mesh and diffuse texture are from one of your mods. I have corrected the mapping and edited the shape :

How can I see normal maps in nifskope? ^^ I got rendering shaders activated.
Skyrim treats those rocks as grass, that's why normal/environmentmap/parallax won't work with them.
I guess the object needs to be created from scratch or the folder it lies in is the problem.
In that case we would need an esp deaktivating those and placing them from a different folder.
Thanks for working on them, Skyrim really needs better little stones and I want them for years :)

Bethesda got textures\effects\HighFrequencyNormals.dds on those, do they do anything?

Re: TES Skyrim

Yes they are treated as a grass, the vertex alpha regulates their movement. It's a pity that the Normal map is unavailable

I am using Nifskope 2.0 Pre-alpha 5 version, in the Lighting Options (light bulb icon) you can choose "Lighting Only".

Re: TES Skyrim

Nice :D
I have made a little "cube map tester", maybe it can be useful for you. It replaces the manhole in Solitiude.
