hey guys not really sure if im in the right place here but im trying to install the graphic mo for tes skyrim and when i go to the specified website " http://www.enbdev.com/mod_tesskyrim_v0231.htm '' to download d3d9.dll for the mod i get a webpage that has no link to download or anything. help?

I've tried the downsampling but it gets half the screen in black .. do you know how to fix that?

How do your grass and other textures load so far away?
I have tried tweaking the inis multiple times but the grass just cuts off after a certain point.
