hehe you have a lot of lightning conditions outside so you might just not seen it when playing, when you test things you gonna realize it immediately ;)

there's also shadow striping outside that the shadow strip fix wont fix, for what i can say it has todo with the way the camera is positioned to a shadow @ a certain tod :)

Nope, those are caused by the settings for subsurface scattering. Try 0.7 / 0.7 / 20.4 / 20.4 for instance and see if it's gone. After that, change them back and experiment to see what values you like best.

About the blacks, I mean what is suppose to be black in term of value (0;0;0), your blacks, are not (0;0;0). Your blacks are not black. It's a contrast problem. You maybe can't see it if you have a bad screen. For correct it you can make the left side of the palette a little more black. If you're ok like that, ok. If not and because you don't know how to do palette, I can do it in a seconde. Just put the file (the palette) in your futur post. :D
For the dirty look, change the color by using a palette is a "have to". I can do it if you want. Just say what color you want. Color can be differente for the dark colors and bright colors.
Grain seem to be activatable in the enbeffectprepass.fx which contain the modification by Matso.

I personally have it set at:

SubSurfaceScatteringPowerNight=0.5
And I have never seen it since.

I really like that last screen. What SSIL values are you using? Are they the same as the ones from your posted configuration?
