Since I cannot write a private note, mind me asking here if there's possible for you to share it with me ? I've always admired your work, and I still use on skyrim SE one of the presets you shared back on 2016, I believe. You seem to have just the preferences I do.

I still think this is related to the ReShade DOF - simply because that is a known issue with ReShade DOF and I see it come up so often on the presets I manage in FO that use ReShade. ENB DOF works great but ReShade blurs menus. There is no fix for this that I know of - it is how ReShade DOF works.

In the last two months I helped two other people who mentioned the blurring. In both cases they said they had disabled it but in the end I found out they had not, at least not consistently. One was toggling it in-game. Another changed it but then switched presets and when they came back they used a fresh copy so thought the problem had returned.

To disable permanently you need to edit the McFX.CFG file in the reshade folder. Open it and look for this section:

////----------------//
///**DEPTHOFFIELD**///
//----------------////
#define USE_DEPTHOFFIELD 1 //[DOF] //-

Then change the 1 to a 0, save and done.

Hopefully this will help. Having managed these presets for a long time I see this question a lot and it is almost always the above that fixes it. I don't think I have seen ENB DOF blur a menu but then I have only used 4 different DOF shaders for ENB and no idea if some coder could create an effect that would blur the menu/game-GUI. I know there are mods that create a DOF effect and mods that manage blurring. Also the INI files have settings for in-game DOF and maybe something in an INI setting could cause an issue.

That being said if this problem ONLY occurs when using my ASD preset, and no other, then I am still convinced it is the fact that you are not properly disabling the ReShade DOF. Also make sure you are not using any other version of ReShade - someone had issues and found out they were trying to use ReShade 3 with this preset and it will only work with ReShade 1. Other people sometimes don't uninstall past presets properly and end up mixing files and making a mess.

Re: Fallout 4

It's been awhile for me since I posted up anything new, hope you like the shots. I'm now running ENB v.0323, and use NAC+ Colorful Wasteland SweetFX and ReShade preset.
