Re: TES Skyrim

@fedorrrz

I honestly cant remember lol i believe its from tapioks "ENHANCED SHADERS FX - ENB"

Also this is a really stupid question but the vignette / cinematic effect (the black rectangles at the bottom and top of the screen, is that only available on HD6 enbeffect or can it be applied to other enbeffect files too?

Abandoned SSAO as the transparent water spoils things, despite it looking great elsewhere.

Re: TES Skyrim

@silverbullet: Yes, it's a part of HD6 code... he did it somehow, so I think it can be applied to any preset if you know how... probably :roll:

@DogStar, propa and others: Nice screens :!:

Re: TES Skyrim

I just tried horse-combat...glitchy as fuck!
Opponents keep "flying"/"glitching" away from you.
Very hard to hit the target o.O

Anyways, tried myself at video-editing :?
That's the result... (I don't know how to embed a video, so it's linked here :oops: )

Okay, here you go... but please bear in mind I did not make this from scratch, but modified other configs, with the main starting point being TV_ENB with some bits of others, and value changes and pallet changes by me... SO I'm not claiming this as all mine, and I'm not saying I've improved what others have done, its more an exploration and process of learning... and just having a bit of fun.

Hope that's enough of a disclaimer :lol:

I should also say I use the RevampedExteriorFog.esp

Re: TES Skyrim

OK. I'm back, did a clean install and tried again.
I still got around 8 FPS only.
Even when i disable ENB and FXAA (from RCRN).

I realised though, when starting a new game i get a framerate around 30 FPS while on the journey to my "decapitation" :P
See Screenshot... (click to enlarge)

Is it possible, that Patch 1.6 screwed my savegames somehow?
Any idea how to solve this?

Re: TES Skyrim

I see a few complaints about 1.6 and frame rates, so it could be that; save games seem easy to bugger up... I've yet to allow Steam to go online, as I'm not sure I want this patch yet.

Can someone who has updated please check if shadows cast on grass still works, as it did not in the beta for me... I know they are problematic, but I prefer to have them, as glowing grass in the shade of tress, buildings etc. looks awful.

Thanks in advance.

Re: TES Skyrim

YEAH...

I adressed the problem and get 30-40 FPS now :mrgreen:
The MOD: "Immersive HUD" at its newest BETA-Version causes the problem.
Disabled it untill a new version update.

@DogStar:

Tried to do a decent screenshot, but no one showed the shadows on grass, but it works and I can see shadows.
The grass itself doesn't cast shadows. As far as I could see with my "goggled" eyes :-P
