I'll play around with those settings this evening.
My GPU at work doesn't even handle Shader 3.0
But I disabled RCRN yesterday evening and just use Unreal's Cinema ENB at the moment.

Got a silly effect though. DOF had been turned around somehow... Focus got blurred background got sharp
This effect vanished a few minutes later. Don't know why?

Ok I do not use Crossover (2 or more GPU), but ... IDK.
Maybe I did something to my INI-Files, or maybe all the HD Textures from S.T.E.P. guide cause my system to slow down?
I'm not really a pro in this. That's why I hope to get help here.
BTW: Did you guys tweak your skyrim.ini and/or skyrimprefs.ini, as I still can't get pictures like you do
