The last few presets I've worked on I have kept the multipliers around 0.25 to 0.35 and the powers at 1.00. It might also have a little to do with my favorite two followers which work really good for screenshots. I've had some others, even some I've made, that didn't work as well, especially for closeups.

[OBJECT]
SubSurfaceScatteringMultiplierSunrise=0.35
SubSurfaceScatteringMultiplierDay=0.35
SubSurfaceScatteringMultiplierSunset=0.35
SubSurfaceScatteringMultiplierNight=0.45
SubSurfaceScatteringMultiplierInteriorDay=0.35
SubSurfaceScatteringMultiplierInteriorNight=0.35
SubSurfaceScatteringPowerSunrise=1.0
SubSurfaceScatteringPowerDay=1.0
SubSurfaceScatteringPowerSunset=1.0
SubSurfaceScatteringPowerNight=1.0
SubSurfaceScatteringPowerInteriorDay=1.0
SubSurfaceScatteringPowerInteriorNight=1.0

Oyama

Nice shots, that's some detail :P The DoF looks great in that second shot. Also your character and Lydia look like they are enjoying a night on the town. Maybe on a date ;)

Yersinia79

Looks great. I really like that landscape shot at night :)

saltr

Thanks and very nice shots yourself :)
I think the window light in the first pic is just right. My favorite is this one...looks amazing like a Gionight shot :)

Re: TES Skyrim

Jeez all your shots are just incredible!

saltr - Your setup reminds me more and more of the great Gionight. I know people are comparing you to him, but it's the truth. I've watched your pics for the past year, but the things you have done to your config recently is just amazing!

symphonicjohn - The palette is doing wonders for your setup and Real Cloud mod looks like real clouds there. :) Breathtaking scenery!

Confidence-Man - Just stunning. The pic with the tree bark... Nuff said.

Edit: When taking shots, is there a way to control the banking of the camera?

Oyama
The sharp image and the bloom in your preset look incredible. Love those Lydia-shots :)

Unreal
Your preset looks really good already! I've been watching your blog for a really long time already, btw.

symphonicjohn
Amazing pics, man. Using high ugrids? This picture looks simply amazing and i don't even get eye-cancer from watching the distant terrain :lol:

Confidence-Man
Your pics are always some of the most realistic looking, imo. Especially your ambient lightning/imagebased lightning looks incredible!

Re: TES Skyrim

@Ohkay
Your noise results are also amazing very clean very nice, could you post a uncompressed version of the first picture where the sky is banding, i like that balancing of yours between AA,Sharpness and Noise in your results, the only Noise i see is in the background though that could come from the compression or the Sky texture, dunno :)
Your Result remembers me about the RED One Sensor Results, looks really great here on the PLS :)

@Confidence-Man
Im pretty sure problem here is IBL

im also fighting with tuning it right and that blue shift is so easy detectable back to IBL and looks odd, i really wish Boris will allow us to use our own IBL setups in the future and even if it's just for testing :)

your consistency looks really good already for that TOD, very pleasing to the eyes for Real Gameplay :)

Though i really would suggest you to work together with Opethfeldt, Confidence-Man it seems not rational that both of you with the same visual light idea seem to work half splitted resource wise both of you should come together and work on the same goal :)

Also what was the FOV in this shot and camera distance ?

Do you use Adaption and did you get it Physically under control ?

Cruncher
here's the original pic as you've requested, as it was taken in png format, don't know how Imageshack is going to turn out... on your side. if you can see banding on that pic as posted before, your monitor must be very clear.
Image
Edit - Imageshack dont like png format, it turned my pic into 16bit color!
here's same one, original size in jpg now...

Samsung has amazing Panel Technology OhKay it is and yes the banding is very less visible on this uncompressed version, it's still their but so low not everyone would see it (untrained eyes) :)
You have a really great Balanced render output base Ohkay, and yep the Noise is in the background most probably the Sky texture a Luminance Histogram result could show it better :)
