I think you can delete it, unless the folder was renamed differently (wich is obviously not the case), and EnableMultipleWeathers is set to true in Falkonian EnB, this I don't know.

You're most welcome. It allows for per-weather settings for multiple vars.
Long task, but worth it.

It creates new enbseries.ini for the amount of weather groups you have assigned to the weather.ini file.
It does not contain all of the same commands as the default enbseries.ini but most of the "tweak" commands,
which when you create one will become pretty obvious of which of those are included and not included.
