Re: TES Skyrim
Does SSAO work on ATI drivers??? I just can't play Skyrim with SSAO on without a huge framerate drop (and I have a high-end PC) with my AMD HD Radeon 6790. Without SSAO, it hasn't that ENB feeling...

Re: TES Skyrim
I have a Radeon 6800 and SSAO works without problems... HOWEVER, if the indirect lighting is also activated, the game becomes unplayably slow. So be sure to set "UseIndirectLighting=false". That way you get SSAO (at a playable speed), without the indirect lighting slamming on the brakes. Also set the SSAO strength to something between 1.0 and 0.75, as it's a bit darker without the indirect light. You can try my config (which still isn't finished) and see if it works for you.Flow wrote:Does SSAO work on ATI drivers??? I have a 6950, and ive not had a problem with ssao or indirect lighting (which i have set to true) i think its just hit and miss with ATI cards =/ as much as i loved the last 2 ive bought, they've been really powerful and affordable, i think im gonna have to switch back to nvidia when the time comes to lay this 6950 to restLaserschwert wrote:I have a Radeon 6800 and SSAO works without problems... Re: TES Skyrim
Yeah, same here... stuff like PhysX and nVidia's own driver based SSAO are enough reasons for me to switch to a GeForce next time around as well.silverbullet wrote:i think im gonna have to switch back to nvidia when the time comes to lay this 6950 to rest

Awesome!Gionight wrote:Congrats guys just finished ENB 0.102v it's all I could do with it in one and half day. I tried to maintain my ENB 0.99v sett qualety and feeling.
But I will continue using my best 0.99v with enbpalette sett. I just love it so much that I can't resist and leave it and make no mistake I love this new one too
I think they are both good in their own way , try it and you won't regret.
Good Luck!!!

PS:
To Boris, if you want to make it default preset in 0.102v I really don't mind, it's most balanced 0.102 sett I saw so far .
