Re: TES Skyrim
@electricsheep26354 - Awesome set of the dragon battles! That one that looks like its from Lord Of The Rings, is that a normal dragon from Skyrim?
@WoodsOfYpres - Nice clarity and image space lighting. I really like the lens / sun glare or whatever that is from the magic casting. Can you tell me which mod / effect this is?
@saltr - some really great atmosphere in those shots!
@ZeroKing - I like the shots from page 1831. The fog and environment is just perfect for Skyrim lore!
Just a couple videos of my current WIP. Not lore friendly. I'm using Climate Overhaul (Tropical) I live in a climate more similar to this, so I'm finding it easier to understand lighting and foliage similar to what I am used to seeing daily. Things like palm trees, bright sunny days etc...

(So wish I could embed video here.)

Re: TES Skyrim
I'm probably going to get hated on for saying this, but I feel like I only see the same users in this thread, posting similar screenshots and there doesn't seem to be any room for newer members as I've seen most of them being ignored and then they just disappear, I used to love looking at the screenshots here but now it's getting kind of same old same old. too bad. This used to be a good source of inspiration and useful tips and tricks but that seems to have gotten lost.

Re: TES Skyrim
He's right though, many times I see new people posting a screenshot and asking opinion just being plainly ignored by the general crowd on this forum... if you look over the past 50 pages you see only screenshots of the same handful of people as a result. There's no constructive criticism on anything ENB related or something that drives improvement. Only some texture related topics get the attention to detail. I saw happening some time ago when someone said something bad about screenshots of one of the people who post here all the time (I forgot who it was exactly), in which he was actually right, just getting flamed by everyone and he just left. If there's no room for criticism then there's no point to post anything here at all.

Re: TES Skyrim
First of all he is right. I still post shots here but only a few selected shots from my Flickr.
I think in all honesty that Skyrim has gotten old. So most have already been seen.
There are differences between Nexus pics, Flickr pics and pics posted on ENB dev.
And responses on Nexus is very much based on how well known one is. Alot more worse than here. This place is still a tight community but people still welcome new folks. Nexus have issues with this. It's almost like a secluded sect lol. And you have to work hard to even get noticed. At least this is what I feel. No hard feelings pls.
Criticism is a tough one. Some cant give, some cant take it.
I've never been interested in natural lighting. So I cant give much in ways of criticism there. Perhaps if I see something that I think looks wrong, then I can comment it.
Screenarching is something else which ismore based on the ability to capture a moment or an emotion.
These are just my personal opinions.

Re: TES Skyrim
Of course criticism is unwelcome here since most of the posts here is about showing of nice pics (in their own standard), not about how to improve them.
On the other hand,in User files like Effects, Downloads, and Presets, input is constantly required in order to make these shots even possible.
