Your settings look good to me so I'm not sure why it's not working.
Maybe try tapiok's settings that he used in his demo video? These are a bit strong for normal play, but you should be able to see if it's working this way. Try casting flames in an ice cave or something like that just to make sure (very strong effect)
Quality=0
FilterQuality=0
FilterBluriness=0.05
SizeScale=0.75 //Reduce for performance
SourceTexturesScale=0.75 //Reduce for performance
Amount=1.0
Power=1.5
GlosinessMin=0.0
GlosinessMax=0.0
EnableDenoiser=true
DenoiserType=4
EnableSupersampling=true //set to False for performance
ExteriorEnable=true set to False for performance
InteriorEnable=true
IgnoreWeatherSystem=true
These are the parameters I use in my preset:
[REFLECTION]
Quality=0
FilterQuality=0
FilterBluriness=0.05
SizeScale=0.75
SourceTexturesScale=0.75
Amount=0.85
Power=1.4
GlosinessMin=0.1
GlosinessMax=0.5
EnableDenoiser=true
DenoiserType=4
EnableSupersampling=true
ExteriorEnable=true
InteriorEnable=true
IgnoreWeatherSystem=true
AmountInterior=1.0
PowerInterior=1.4
Make sure you're somewhere that would reflect strongly (like an ice cave) as the effect can be REALLY subtle in certain situations.

Re: TES Skyrim
Yeah I am fairly certain that the effect only really is visible on certain nif´s with certain settings. Not quite sure which flag(s) are required however. But it is not all objects that have the effect applied to them, and not at the same strength value.

Re: TES Skyrim
lol 8k... at that memory consumption it would most likely be more worthwhile to actually improve the amount of vertices in the model to create more actual detail! But awesome that it is done nonetheless! Love the shots! (Except the spider... for some reason it looks too noisy)

Re: TES Skyrim
My own attempt with NLA2. esp and taken Vanilla enb as a base.
Trying to get intensive cloudshadows with contrasted sunlight:
Now on to get impressive sunsets and -rises, I want red/orange colors, but it probably takes more then just change soms of the gradient settings.

Re: TES Skyrim
New version for dragon priest about to be released. Quite close to concept art right?
