How do I get rid of this message?
If I change it to 1 my Skyrim looks like a black mess with major graphic problems.
There are no other copies of that file.

If rendering breaks when you set it to 1 chances are you're forcing hardware AA somewhere, either via game settings or GPU driver.
In the game's settings, it's iMultiSample parameter (set to 0).

Thanks a lot! That should help, I deinstalled my steam skyrim on H: and it deleted my registry and skyrim/pres.ini.
Had to reinstall it and now they are vanilla :/
Edit: Playing old school skyrim on C: too

Thanks again Guzio for fixing the uv map of those 3d pebbles, they fit a lot better into skyrim now and the performance/optic is much better now.
