Saltr, your enbmod is promising, but still need some day transition love as you said. Thats also very difficult if you have no per weather config.
After som some time, I Always come back at NLA, adjusted to my liking and now setting up the complexparticle lights in the right value along with the pointlighting.
NLA is a such high level master piece, it earns a statue.

Btw, Is light from torches like SSE, (technicly) also possible in Oldrim?

@Skinner I think I'm done with tweaking, switching to unreal 4 .
I agree with you, NLA should be part of a standard Skyrim installation.

NLA is the best weather mod/ENB for oldrim. It's just stupidly good. Nothing comes even close yet on SSE imo.
