Re: TES Skyrim
Sorry guys, no uploading tonight. I spent hours narrowing down final release candiates. Out of 9 versions, I have 4 keepers. PRE, RC1, RC4 and RC5. They each have various configs below. Please see the GIFs and let me know what you think. BTW, some have higher sharpness values than others. I plan to streamlines this or make it optional when I release.
EDIT - If any of the GIFs stop working, just right click on them and copy the link into a new tab or window.
Thanks...
These have ENB off Only using FXAA and Dragon Warrior Effects
These have ENB on as well as FXAA and Dragon Warrior Effects

Re: TES Skyrim
First a big hello to all here in the forum.
I've been here among you, but only as a passive reader. Thank you first to Boris for the great opportunities that have been made possible by his tool. Also a huge thanks to you all for sharing your configurations and settings for the best game in my opinion at the moment. I already tried some of your configurations, but it is not easy to stay at one, because one is better than the other
Now back to topic

1 # RC1 FXAA + ENB-NO DW
2 # RC5 FXAA + ENB-NO DW

Re: TES Skyrim
Why use FXAA on top of ENB?

Re: TES Skyrim
Extra depth on shadows, FXAA anti aliasing, sharpening (I think it's one of the better sharpening tools for Skyrim personally, I prefer it to using the effect file), among a few other useful settings you can tweak for instant results without having to resort to the trial and error of a custom pallette, all rolled into one package and configurable with ease.Confidence-Man wrote:Why use FXAA on top of ENB?
Why not?
The differences are little, subtle even, but they are there. I am yet to find a way to increase depth of shadows without resorting to SSAO, which kills my performance.

Re: TES Skyrim
Now this is some totally sick lighting, happyken, along with those pics you posted a few pages back. Super realistic.
Is there any way you could release your config?
