v0.102 performance is enough for me, i'm hitting 60fps at 1920x1080 with SSAO light mode and ugrids 5 with my -now- modest HD6850 crossfire setup.
And I agree with UnrealWarfare. FXAA works for some simple gamma, exposure or saturation after everything is done, like editing a picture on a viewer program. I know we can archieve the same only with ENB, but is so hard and in my case, i just need to add some constrast to my last preset.
Anyway here is from my latest (v5.5), mostly whiterun :

Re: TES Skyrim
For all those interested, i made a couple Comparison Screenshots between Unreal Cinema 1.2 and DNA RC5 (Framerate included):far327 wrote:I like using FXAA and Dragon Warrior Effects to compliment ENB mostly. I also try really hard to mimic ENB as best as I can using only FXAA, Dragon Warrior Effects and lighting mods. The results are actually pretty great IMO, although I feel I'm only beginning to figure out what can actually be done with FXAA and DWE. I only use Nvidia SGSS (supersampling) I would never use "cheap" form or anti-ailiasing. FXAA sharpness options are stellar! With an Nvidia GPU, Ambient Occlusion does a sufficient job. I don't think its as deep or intense as ENB SSAO. I like ENB SSAO better, but when we're talking about immersion and play-ability, higher FPS always win! I commend the performance level Boris has managed to achieve with his ENB coding. Lets face it, we all know that Gamebyro engine and the coding work of Bethesda have a poor reputation for not efficiently utilizing PC component resources adequately.
Here is my config guys sorry it took so long - http://www.mediafire.com/?q58os32pn22p8nn

Re: TES Skyrim
Indeed far327, looks very good. One thing I noticed in those comparison shots: I really like your daylight shadows, visible in Whiterun, but when I see the comparison in Whiterun during the night, CLENB does a better job at rendering shadows. Whyyyyy?

Re: TES Skyrim
Probably use of Realistic Lighting. I find that can make shadows really dark at times, especially at night. Going by my experience of using it with ENB.
I thought it was a good effort. I tried RC5 and there were parts of it I didn't like, examples being the sky and water being a bit too blue, and as evident in the screenshots sometimes white can bloom out a bit too much, but the rest of it was fairly well done. For a none ENB config I'm impressed and applaud your effort. A bit of fine tuning perhaps and it could go a long way.
I did have a little trouble running it though. I think Dragon Warrior Effects is conflicting with another mod I'm running as I had issues loading and a bit of stuttering while using it (I've had some trouble with that particular mod before).

Re: TES Skyrim
Guys I've started a thread over in the performance section to discuss core skyrim mods.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could comment on the key questions I have that I listed there .
Linkage: viewtopic.php?f=20&t=535
So as to stay on-topic, here is sunset over Bleak Falls Barrow...lol.

@KlotziDotCom - Really appreciate the positive feedback. Based on your RC5 screens, they look really dark. I don't remember that config being that dark. Please ensure you are configuring Dragon Warrior per the instructions I included in the Readme folder. Please be sure that ENB d3d9.dll isn't over writing the FXAA d3d9.dll. Otherwise thanks again for the compliments.
Working on my final config based more on RC4. I will make a final RC5 later.
Thanks all

Solitude seen from the marshes
And here are some from my new "JENB" preset, using RL, Dragon Warrior and ENB. Thanks for showing the DWe far237

Re: TES Skyrim
I am NOT using ENB in any of the DNA screens at all, thats the kicker.far327 wrote:@KlotziDotCom - Really appreciate the positive feedback. Based on your RC5 screens, they look really dark. Okay, I have uploaded the gallery again, this time with 3 Configuration screenshots:
1. Unreal Cinema ENB 1.2
2. DNA RC5 (Only FXAA + Dragon Warrior FX Base Values)
3. DNA RC5 (FXAA, DWFX with your recommended Base Values)
http://imgur.com/a/yKr3E#0
The reason i am NOT using an ENB again is that the FPS drop is way too high for my taste - ENB is pretty for taking screenshots, but running the game in 1920*1080 resolution maxed out with 8GB of textures installed, it is not going to be all around "smooth" during gameplay. Thats why I liked the DNA RC5 without ENB so much.
