Hm, whats with the clouds? The only problem i ave is their disappearance after changing te weather(after 5 or 6 switches they turn off completely) and some alpha problems(yep, even with vanilla ones).mindflux wrote:Ah, thanks dpeasant - I was suspecting simple ambient plays some role, but never got around trying it just yet. Will do now based on your tip.
Do you also have problems with cloud setup? Maybe there's something I don't fully get yet, but it seems like the behaviour is pretty erratic.
I wish I had supercomputer so that I could turn off LOD for trees (if that's even possible, haven't checked)

That too, but in the CK there are usually a lot of disabled layers that have stuff in them. What's with those? Then it seems like sometimes the data gets changed magically by itself - or is it because I often keep a lot of property dialogs open at the same time? Frustrating, whatever it is.

Yes indeed! haha, can't believe they ninja'd it out like that, loving what I've played so far.

@Youngneil1: I LOVE that first shot of the Argonian. So atmospheric! You're producing some really interesting results with that red shader idea too.
@Mindflux: I know what you mean about LOD trees. I spent quite a while yesterday installing various different tree LOD mods, but none are perfect. I guess the next step for me if I want to improve long distance screen shots is to step my ugrids value up to 9. I'm not sure I want to try that...
I'm making a collection of screenshots for the standing stones! I'm stumped with the Shadow though. There really isn't much going on around there... Which of the following shots do you like the most?
My current thoughts are that I like the third one for its environment framing, but I don't like how the stones themselves are hard to make out. And although I got some night sky shots in there (because it's called the Shadow, so night seemed appropriate) I don't want it to seem like yet another northern lights screen shot - "Well done, you took a screen shot of the sky."
Thoughts? Favourite? Maybe they all suck

Reminds me a little of TV enb. Love that sky lighting. Almost looks like the sky was painted with an air brush.

Re: TES Skyrim
Thank you, Darkstorne - the merge of my older "grim/cold/realistic" Winterfell/Grim Gem ENB setups with emphaiszed reds (and even new reds from other transformed vibrant colors) from Sanguinoire ENB as well as integrating the new "red negative" shader for very dark areas is shaping up nicely right now.
You got really beautiful screens of the Shadow Stone group there. Wonderful sky colours! I am torn between the third (that arc in left of the picture fits excellent) and the fourth one (coming from the ground up to the eagle high above, great).

Re: TES Skyrim
Thanks, and it looks like TV ENB because it is
I keep tweaking it as time goes on, but it's entirely Trilville's work. I REALLY want to create a signature that says it's his now, because I'd feel awful if people keep patting me on the back for his work in balancing the colours. How do I create a sig? I can't see where the option is in the control panel.
