Hi all, long time no see.. Got a few hours tonight with skyrim. Took some screens.. My images is also a bit too dark for some odd reason, it's a bit brighter ingame, very frustrating not to be able to show you excatly how it looks ingame. Especially the night screens are way too dark on these images.. So, in your heads, add about 5% more brightness to these screens
And, my clouds sometimes look very low res, alot of banking I think it's called.. Anyone have the same problem?
Oh, and I love those barrols

Re: TES Skyrim
thank you so muchDinkledorf wrote:EBrightnessV2 is disabled above, you have to remove (delete) the "//" for it to take effect. However, doing so will affect all brightness not just night but day as well. You are better off increasing AmbientLightingIntensityNight in enbseries.ini file to only affect night light levels.maload wrote:i want to increase brightnedd in enb v.119
so i try to chnage the EBrightnessV2.
//POSTPROCESS 2
//float EBrightnessV2=100.0;
float EAdaptationMinV2=0.05;
float EAdaptationMaxV2=0.05;//0.125;
float EToneMappingCurveV2=6.0;
float EIntensityContrastV2=1.0;
float EColorSaturationV2=1.0;
float EToneMappingOversaturationV2=100.0;
as you see i change it to 100 -.-.
and night still very dark .
i uninstall real light and it look the same . nothing change.
i must misleading something , plz help me.
i dont change any file yet , i just want to know if i can set more brightness in this file only.

Seriously nice looking outcome Mindflux, looks absolutely amazing. Very possibly best I have seen yet. I too have found that tweaking weathers is necessary but, as you say, a royal pain. Mind you, my results to date do not compare. Looks like you using tinting and in a very good way I might add! I have disabled it for all my weathers for the time being. I gave CoT a try but just couldn't make it work. Keep it up, its going to be a beauty!

Re: TES Skyrim
Hi guys I'm hoping someone can help I've been using Opethfeldt6's preset for a while now and all has been well but I haven't played the game in a while and when I started up the game this morning it crashed on the loading screen when the dragon symbol appears. I tried everything with mods etc but it was when I removed the enb preset that the game worked. Has anyone else had any problems because I see Skyrim has been updated recently, would this have created a conflict with the enb?

Re: TES Skyrim
I use latest beta 1.8.151.0 version of Skyrim via Steam, no problems.

Yeah it does seem weird. It's just everything worked fine the last time I started Skyrim about 1 month ago but this morning it kept crashing until I removed the enb
Just tried the normal enb preset 119 and it crashes so it looks like I can't use any enb presets anymore

Re: TES Skyrim
In the skyrimprefs.ini you must have this
sD3DDevice="ENB"
This is found under display.
Another thing to check for is if you have installed/updated a mod from Nexus Mod Manager recently that is requiring the Dawnguard expansion pack. The best way to trouble shoot this is to uninstall any recently installed mods, and then try to start up skyrim.
Good luck.

I think MetallicAcid has a good hunch, the update has probably messed up the ini files. Perhaps you could try removing SkyrimPrefs.ini, Skyrim.ini and RendererInfo.txt and letting the game create new ones by starting the launcher.

Thanks, that's quite a compliment! I actually did try to work with only a slight tinting for awhile, but since I admittedly like colour I flip-flopped in order to try to convey more atmosphere and mood. I also found that some of the textures look pretty inconsistent with no tinting to 'tie' them together. Even so, the tinting is pretty difficult to control since there are so many different variables in the equation and there's always a risk of overdoing it.
I think your own work already looks very impressive - especially the last three screens have very nice colour and lighting into them, the look is certainly subtler and more realistic than mine but still not dull. Very nice, just be sure not to give up

Nice to see you back with new screens!
