Re: TES Skyrim
Great shots all and love all the enbs (had to give Saltr's a shot... looks great but my monitor is sort of 'meh' and would had to make adjustments to look like his shots--I need to get a new one one day).
Anyways, been playing old games again as lost interest a little in tweaking till today. Reworking everything now as I liked the way my enb was going but was just too flat and interiors were too washed out even when decreased brightness to lowest in game. Plus I missed having a bit more 'shine'. Won't know if its a dead end till I try other things but 'so far' its at least manageable during day/night/interiors (new character so Whiterun shots atm). Sorry for large/slowloading shots but decided to go png for closer to in-game quality plus did simple resize from 1440.
Eventually I'll reenable DoF and work on finding myself a new setting for it too but I've been fixated on clarity for past few months. Probably be a while as going to have to tweak tons and test it as well under different conditions.

This. So many times this.mindflux wrote:I actually already suggested separate SSAO and SSIL settings for interiors and exteriors to Boris as I think it would solve the problem and give a lot more flexibility, but I'm not sure how feasible that would be from a development point of view.

Re: TES Skyrim
I don't understand. We talked about separated computations of ssao and ssil, including sampling range and not anything about interior and exterior.

Re: TES Skyrim
I think it was mentioned in that poll forum entry for Skyrim. Mindflux came up with the idea there as well, but it was in the same paragraph as the idea for seperated ssao and ssil. I feared that you read over it there also. I really think allowing us to use different settings for interiors and exteriors will be great. I'd even urge you to consider (if at all possible) to change ssao type between interiors and exteriors. I'd like to use type 2 inside, and type 0 in exteriors. With different values for ao and il. That would rock my socks off!ENBSeries wrote:I don't understand. We talked about separated computations of ssao and ssil, including sampling range and not anything about interior and exterior.
