Re: TES Skyrim

@far327 Reduce direct light intensity, raise AdaptationMax and/or ToneMappingOversaturation.

Been playing around with reflections, looks pretty nice.

Re: TES Skyrim

Chan: yes I saw your comparison shots, and copied the settings :-) your latest screen just looks like different settings.

Confidence man: nice interior SSAO, do you mind share those setting? I never really figured out the new ssao type and mix settings..

Re: TES Skyrim

It doesn't matter if you use the one from ENB or the game, but don't force it through the drivers.

I haven't figured them out either, so I just turned on Nvidia's AO. Otherwise my settings are:

AOAmountInterior=1.0
ILAmountInterior=1.0
AOIntensityInterior=1.0
AOMixingTypeInterior=0
AOType=1

I have changed the adaptation, and light power/curve values some since then, maybe that is part of it.

What setting in nVidia did you turn on for AO? Are you using Inspector?

:? I think I have mine set from the drivers.

I know I took comparison screen shots with all three, and then driver w/ENB and game w/ENB when I switched to 126. With one of the settings w/ENB I didn't see a change in game when I changed the settings in ENB GUI.

Really? I have to test. I guess you can force it just as long as you don't force negative LOD bias clamp.

Re: TES Skyrim

Hey guys, I've decided to learn the ropes of ENB tweaking and I've got a couple of questions if you have the time to answer them :)

1) In the screenshot below, there's a white outline around the woman in robes at the back left. Is this normal? Is there any way to remove it? I don't use SSAO, so it isn't caused by that.

2) Indoor lights are creating really strong, bright lights. I like their range, but is there any way to lower their strength and give them a more orange hue instead of the almost white hue they have right now?

I started with Superb ENB as a base, am using .132, and have altered pretty much every setting in the enbseries.ini based on the excellent guide -Jawz- put together on the Nexus. Superb ENB had awful interiors (imo) by default, so that's my main focus right now - hence these questions :D

Thanks for your time!
