With many thanks to Boris for adding 0.117 to the download section.
I will post the ENB I made this with soon on the Nexus. Please note that the shots are actually for my 3d vision setup, so I don't use depth of field or sunrays. Both effects will up image quality quite bit further for those playing non-stereo.
The ENB itself will be even colder than vanilla, but due to some algrithm in the enbeffect.fx file I pronoucne certain alreday vibrant colours to values slighty above the vanilla values. With the whole world growing colder around them, they stand out quite nicely. It gives very prononunced pictures (or so I think).
