Re: TES Skyrim
It's most likely due to that the weathers are totaly different. I had a quick glance at it while I was doing my Relighting Skyrim "bug run" and as Tywele pointed out, it is a totally different landscape theme to it so there is bound to be some tweaks you need to do between the "worlds".
Though I might be able to "neutralize" it with my version of Realistic Lighitng 3.4a, ERL as I have come to call it. I will atleast check it out.

Re: TES Skyrim
I haven't played it throughout yet because I hate dwarven dungeons and had to enter one, but a good part of the island is snow.

Re: TES Skyrim
Haha, glad to hear I'm not the only one hating the dwarven dungeons.
Love the sky in your first shot, Jawz.

Re: TES Skyrim
They are very repetitive that's for sure.
@ Mindflux
In which post? Either way thanks
EDIT;
After some more tweaking of my preset I have ended up with this so far;
A mod I suggest checking out is Svarog's Follower Facelifts
How Serana looks with Follower Facelifts and All in One Face textures.
Damn imagehsack.us resizing bug!
Vanilla lighting
JENB Default 4.5
And something old turned into something new
Default Ivy as we all know and loved to post very much last year
High Definition Ivy - 2K Vanilla Color Scheme

This shot, really nice looking sky and exactly the kind of cold, brooding atmosphere that fits Skyrim:
Your new ivy looks like it's upside down, i.e. the underside is on top

@ Erdo4
I have limited my fps to 59 because I have disabled Skyrim VSync completly. And I use all of the effects except for DoF. So losing average around 12 FPS is not that bad Except for the areas with performance heavy Vurt's trees I go down to 40 FPS as the lowest.
My PC Specs is in the signature if your wondering about that.
I will soon release this version so you can test it out yourself and I will include a performance version aswell. But that will happen after I have finished updating my latest version of ENB Guide.
@ Mindflux
It has taken me a long while to get such settings during the nights, with having it dark yet well lit at the same time.
Yeah I noticed that too, either he used the wrong bump map "name-I-can't-remeber-right-know" or he just liked it that way

Erdo4 :
I can endure It ! i love this weather, Morrowind Spirit in it, love that !
--JawZ--
What a nightSky !!!! Love the blue you have, looks so real and fantasy at the same time
anyway I have a question, i suppose lots of people ask it but i don't find the answer
I'trying to work on foggy and rainy weather, a real pain cause when you something cool, it destroys my clear day, but my first issu is the apparition of black point on my mountains because of the AO, Is there a way to tell i don't want AO after a certain distance ?
this is what i have :
Some other shot using polo enb with some tweak of mine
and mindflux, hope one day we can access your beautiful preset, my dream was to play dragonborn with it but finally you didn't share it with us, i remenber some of your picture and my though : OH my god, he did it the only one perfect enb for cloudy, rainy and foggy weather.
