Are you trying to get more the idea of makeuped skin where the pores are more closed by the makeup, it feels more like noise that way ?
Are these details part of the normal map ?

im using your CGIv2.8 for my ENB and Chan ENB's SweetFX only. Tweaking from enbeffect and enbseries.ini. Everything else you see here is off the shelve from Nexus just about. i think your v2.8 is one of the best that i've tried.

Awesome Render Bug suddenly happened on one of my test scene loads, camera got stuck in it's translucency change state

it also killed the whole directional lighting for that change, shadow rendering ect




wow after i think getting out of it the renderer behaves strange now very funny

But I will share it if someone wants to try it. It has fairly high settings so frame rates might be low for some computers.
