Yep really surprising on your shoots Matso the Blurr response is way to high even for SMAA, and it doesn't look like it's the DOF @ all as everything is blurred not only a specific Region (it looks like a big Gaussian Blur Pass is running over it the whole input Signal gets way to smoothed out).
These Screenshot look like as if they have been captured from a Highly Compressed video ? or more like hehe TXAA and Nvidias Vision of Hollywood Rendering for PCs Compressed Blu-Ray Style

Also remembers a little of the Nintendo 64 Graphics

Sureley everything is nicely Antialiased but the Visual Cost is definitely to high for the PC Experience, if by default your ENB renders this out be ready for a lot of Bad response from Gamers

If your JPG compression created this better change the encoder it's a way to high detail (input signal) loss.
