In a way i wasn't really bashing his work more or less asking in a some what rude way of asking him to post some new content. Like sure his image quality is high but the content is repitive, i guess it was harsh but idk after one to many a guy can just go over the edge. I don't see why i should be banned if i do it again, one should be able to speak what they think, but fair enough, it won't happen. My apologies

The idea you've just proposed is absolute lunacy. He can post whatever content he likes, however he likes it, so long it's not ethically unkind. AND you try and blame the fact that you've looked at his pictures for the reason you "went over the edge" they're pixels mate, if they stir you up that badly you should probably go get some medication for that. You should be banned NOW, let alone if you do it again. Alas, I'm not a mod and that's their decision to make.
