Water plugin for Realistic Water Two and ENB

That particular list is located in the Optionals folder of my Beginner Preset zip folder.

Every weather except the FX weathers have had their cloud layers disabled, even weathers that isn't used by the game in any way.
I won't do any follow up work to this tweak plugin as there isn't anything more to do with it, cloud layers are disabled anything else that you think should should be added you will have to do yourself. I have no time to spare for any more side projects neither do I want to take on any more.
