WOW!! 5K!! O_O My 970 couldn't even handle 4k. And I believe what on some of the screen look like Tamriel Reloaded? That even more demanding. WOW

Matter of display, resolution timings, not matter of GPU itself.
A 970 can handle 8K without issue, even my 770s handle it easily with tools like GeDoSaTo.
My higher downsampled resolution, via Nvidia panel, is 5334x3000.
Of course, these kind of resolutions imply single digits FPS, whatever the mods.

Oyama is 100% right - you start getting issues when you try to max too many things.. ;)

My game already maxes out my VRAM at 4k resolution and below - 56GB of game data (lots of 4k textures inc TR) high ugrids and very high ENB settings..

5k and 6k are very VERY demanding, 6k brought my system to its knees - av 6fps plus loads of lag!! It would perform a lot better with less mods and 4k textures but where's the fun in that

8k wouldn't load exterior cells due to memory overload..

Original pic below is 6880x2880, how many K's is that? it's almost impossible to tweak anything with 2-3 fps!

Pure and so beautiful pics mate, WOW!!!

OhKay
:o AWESOME screenshots man, Great Skies!!! It's Grim Somber with COT, right? Or an another weather plugin?...

Few days ago, I tested the nice 'endorseMeENB' by 'saltr'!! And i've made lot of tweaks on this preset (removed SweetFX, enbeffect.fx settings modified, enbseries.ini settings modified, sunset, sunrise, slightly interior lights for RLO, night and day lighting, etc...) No weather ini's but pretty balanced in all situations!!
Some pics to show the result... More to comes!!
;)
