Is that grass field? Looks like it.

If so, try this:

Should give you twice as many grass, 9% taller with zero performance loss.

I'm not using any grass mods, but did replace fieldgrassobj01 with mindflux's grass.

I renamed and tried out yours and it worked great. I wasn't aware you could get that effect
without grass mods. I'm kind of on a no esp diet, only texture and mesh replacements, so
this works great. Thanks for sharing.

Re: TES Skyrim

You're welcome, glad you like it.
Cool comparison shot, thanks.

Oh and you are right, the original texture was from mindflux. I must've copied it long time ago, as I thought it's from another mod.

Re: TES Skyrim

@OhKay My mobo has low voltage and now sometimes only uses about half of my ram and vram. It is about to go out. I just started a new job so going to build a new rig, thinking of getting a 980 gtx and i7 chip. Any thoughts on which ones I should get? My main hobby is modding Skyrim so want the best I can find (Maybe not the $1k graphics cards :P ). Questions like is 4 core fine or 6 core better, is there a brand of 980 that is better or should I wait for the new 900's?

@Pfuscher I use Grass Fields, here is two shots of the green grass, there is a tan grass that is in some areas and looks cool when the two blend. http://canlocu.deviantart.com/art/A-mee ... -478728056

Re: TES Skyrim

Anyone here not use a palette, and what does your sun look like? I'm trying not using one and getting weird issues with the sun.

Re: TES Skyrim

Depends on what you want. Google some multi tests to your preference I'd say.
Noise
Temperature
power consumption
Performance
Watercooling in the future?

Yeah really my mistake with grass field and mindflux texture. Nexus is down right now, that's why I can't check it.
Made a deviant account to see your screenshot, but it's kind of not close enough and pretty dense.
Can't really see what texture is used there. I'd say maybe backup and try it.

Somebody said the grassmod I used is too monotonous. Well he was right.
Cchanged that, but can't provide a download, as those are 32cm textures, props and credits to him, he made some awesome stuff there!
Put 4 plants, 2 leaves and some grass from Mindflux(props and creadits) into one texture. Only needs some small bugfixing now.
Performance is pretty good as it's only 1024x1024 and only 1 texture, with a lot of diversity though.

@32cm: If there's a day you are really bored, it would be awesome if you please could send me your grass files in a uncompressed file format.
I'd like to make me a grass file for personal use only. Don't worry I won't do anything shady with it.

Setting is iMinGrassSize=30 but I think I could go higher, with sfo2+grassification . No glorious grass or grass on steroids anymore

Re: TES Skyrim
