I'm sceptic regarding making version for remastered game, because it's absolutely new mod (and for sure B*da will do something bad to existing mods compatibility). Time will tell

The remastered Skyrim is just trying to recreate some of the effects Boris added to the game with ENB.

i imagine the future like this... combination of ENB + SKGE Skyrim Reloaded + new Skyrim Remastered Shaders... just like oblivion in a way.
everything has things that complement each other. since SKGE and Skyrim Shaders dont use additional Performance unless you enable an effect, it is save to use them to add nice things. looking at SMAA from SKGE etc. (which has half the performance hit compared to injected .dll SMAA, reason beeing the injection i guess)
the snow shader of skyrim remastered is something i would immediatelly use to enhance, looks amazing. switch off other things.
all about the right combination.
like boris said... big quesiton, how bethesda is going to mess up backwards compatibility... and if fixing it is possible in a reasonable manner.

SKGE has somes troubles with enbs, it doesn't work at the same time for me
