Thanks a lot ZeroKing I have yet to cover every spell effect though, I have only covered the Torch and Fire effect in the released module and now I have covered Frost and Shock spells in the non released module. Next update will cover every spell lighting. Also some tweaks and additions to the FX Emittance modules. The less sky banding is intentional In previous released weather module I haven't touched the Sun, Sun Glare and Moon Glare, which I have done now. The suns will have a more of a yellowish tint now than before where the RGB values was mostly grey just as the dds textures, though during some vanilla sunsets and sunrises the sun had a very strong red color. I have also made sure to make the sun almost the same intensity during midday as sunrises and sunsets. Slightly stronger during sunsets and sunrises as it should be. And the moon glare is also more natural colored. I am using Bethesda HD textures so they might end up looking slightly different with other textures. I will see how my recent changes I've done while I have been running on a 8800GT will look with TPC textures I had installed before on my now fried GTX 670. |

JawZ: Interesting.. judging by your latest 3 images, it looks like you have fixed the cloudy/clear weather lighting.. In vanilla, it seems like cloudy weather has brighter sunlight than clear weather, right? I have to go 50 pages back and read up on your work... New spells tweeks you say |

Don't get me started with the visual bugs between a clear and rainy/foggy/stormy weather The sunlight as you said is one of them, the shadows, the black/blueish horizon color and some other minor visual bugs that irritated me which has been fixed |

Here is another one of those videos. In that same climate as I showed before with the simple walking video. Since the videos series is meant to be only landscapes, I didn't have people involved and the armor reflections weren't there to sell it better. This is meant to feel like the area is just waking up to the light of the sun coming over the horizon so light is harsh, low saturation, shadows are faded, etc. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nAh09M-TQ08 |

How did you make the snow look that good? Is it a mod? I'm going to have to subscribe to your Youtube page if you keep uploading vids like this |

It's like that because I record a very high framerate and by sampling down from that framerate you're left with the side effect of motion blur, so as the snow moves it creates motion blur which feels very natural. I record at 4fps with SGTM 0.02x which gives me an effect framerate of 200fps. I then speed the video up in aftereffects to 192fps for 8sample blur and viola. I have somewhat of a fetish for that kind of bruteforce visual effect any game that lets me manually change the game clock is my friend. Because it records so slowely, that video took about 8 hours total to record. Each scene was about an hour or so before cutting. |

I do agree with what a lot of you have said about the colours in Tropical Skyrim being too bright and yellow. So I've tried making most of the leaves a darker green colour. There's still a bit more I have to work on but I'll show you what I have so far. Also It would be great to hear some more suggestions/feedback from you guys. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
