If you want to use that mod you have to give up both ELE - Weather module (Exterior Lighting) and ELE - Imagespace module (Interior Lighting).
That mod only changes two imagespace options, the RGB Tint and the saturation control. I have yet to tweak my imagespaces to the new weathers and these are the settings I used to "neutralize/normalize" the imagespaces in ELE - Weathers;
HDR
Eye Adapt Speed: 0.0
Eye Adapt Strength: 0.0
Bloom Blur Radius: 0.0
Bloom Threshold: 0.0
Bloom Scale: 0.0
Receive Bloom Threshold: 0.0
White: 1.0
Sunlight Scale: 1.0
Sky Scale: 0.1 for days, sunsets and sunrises. Nights have 0.0
Cinematic
Saturation: 1.0
Tint: 0.0
Brightness: 1.0
Contrast: 1.0
Depth of Field
No Sky: 0.0
Strength: 0.0
Blur Radius: 0.0
Distance: 0.0
Range: 0.0
I have done it like this so I get the accurate colors rendered from the weathers and won't be distorted in any way by the imagespace. When I have reached a point in the weather coloring I will then fine tune the weather with the imagespace, if needed.
Though in some weathers I have added bloom which had a very subtle effect on the scene and I'm currently experimenting with adaptation settings.
Interiors have not the same values as the exterior imagespaces, but the interiors only have base settings so far and not yet tweaked per location as that takes some time to do.
In any case my changes rely only on the weather and not the imagespaces as is the case in the vanilla weathers, more or less anyway.
I'm adjusting the detection of night and day time to be more appropriate for the Day and night cycle, I'm adjusting the shadow coloring to go along with the Skylighting based on how Boris set up his weather template;
Direction Ambient Tab
RGB X+/- > same values
RGB Y+/- > same values
RGB Z+/- > opposite values, The red value Z+ would be assigned to the Blue value in Z-.
Specular > In vanilla it is totally black in all weathers, I assign the Z+ value in here.
I will also make adjustments to detector settings in interiors based on the amount of light it receives from exteriors, which I have yet to see any mod do. Only thing that comes close are those who disable the sky which forces that interior to use Night time settings only. My mod will have the sky visible while at the same time make it use more or less of the Night time settings based on the amount of exterior lighting "shining in".
In short I'm doing my lighting tweaks with ENB use in mind and adjusts them to enhance certain ENB features such as Skylighting and Sun Rays for an example. RLO focus on non ENB use and are apparently very much against any ENB preset but "Vanilla" ENB presets or at least only recommend "Vanilla" ENB presets because otherwise it would "destroy/ruin" the looks of RLO

I have not had RLO installed since 4.0.6 and that wasn't a long run more of a test run to give Sydney some of my feedback on features I thought was in need of improvement.
I have also made my mod to work alongside ELFX and Relighting Skyrim and even enhance certain features of those mods in turn. I even created a special module for RS. RLO has cut all of it's compatibility it once had and that was only with ELFX. I'm doing my best to add as much compatibility with other mods as I can, one of the reasons why ELE has different modules that only adjust one thing or two very similar things. and in the future I will make splits out of the splits, take the ELE - Light Bulbs for instance I will make 3 versions of that alone (with NMM Installer of course) Exterior Only, Interior Only and Combined Interior and Exterior module. I will do similar things to the other modules as well to further increase compatibility.
But I'm not saying that "any other mod than mine is not worth installing" I'm just saying what the differences are and what my plans are as well as what I think and have so far seen other similar mods intend to do. I actually recommend checking RLO out because they have done a good job with it, it's just not focused on ENB as my ELE mod is.
Lots of improvements and fixes have been done to the weathers in general, but that one is a big one

Sorry for the lenghty post but better to give an answer in one post than in several small ones
