Here are two images without ENB active and one with it activated as well as RemoveBlur activated, vanilla settings so the difference in visual is none except for the darkened Sky.
Vanilla scene vs
RemoveBlur scene. Notice the mountains on the right.
I agree that the Blur should be there and as I said before if someone doesn't like it they can always remove it by enabling that setting in the ENB.
Thanks

I have no idea but I guess it would look more or less the same as it is an improved vanilla texture which I made from scratch.
It has come in handy for me so why not share it

I also did it for anyone who did do some test runs with my weathers should do it in the right environment.
The DefaultWeather is not in use anywhere, according to the Creation Kit it has zero users. I have it open now with every DLC and none of them uses it.
EDIT:
Here is a 360 degree turn from the previous pictures

And here is the OvercastRain weather in which I have "enabled" Sun Rays, still working on that though.

Oh and by the way all of these picture were taken at 9:39 AM.
Last one, taken an hour later in-game, some slight sky banding though will try and fix that.

EDIT 2:
I decided I would try out RLO new alpha weather as I quite liked the RLwC weathers in the past, here are the results of that. Using the ELE sun.dds texture and vanilla sunglare.dds in all of them.
Vanilla
RLO
ELE
RLO has covered more weathers but I personally think they should work on the imagespaces a bit more as it seems to me like they are using vanilla settings there or close to it at least. And I had a look in the details window when loading up plugins to see if ELE and RLO covered the same weathers so I could do this comparison and to check compatibility with ELE. Though my imagespaces still needs work but I'm not relying on them for anything at all.
If you want to run RLO - Weathers you can't run these ELE modules with it;
ELE - Weathers -- Obvious, duh
ELE - Spell and Torch Lighting -- Hmm, why have light bulb changes inside a weather based module?
ELE - Imagespaces -- Not at all obvious, if the other RLO modules are "criss-crossing" edits like this I fail to see any compatibility between ELE and RLO modules.
