Yes it's the clouds brought down to the ground. Apparently, the cloud system follow a script based on what weather it is, and sets the altitude automatically. However I agree with you the clouds are too low. I hope Soolie will add a .ini file to it. :)

im really interested how does FPS and results change if you temporarily use low or medium bethesda setups ?

especially for the 2nd frame result, it's quiet amazing seeing outside rendering become slower then interior ;)

I don't think it matters whether i use low-med settings cos everything there is from the hi-res packs plus all other texture mods. but i haven't try other settings yet... give me a sec to try and report back... stay tuned!

Unreal Warfare>>>
Thank you my friend but it's the same preset I am using for about two months, combined with a COT it can looks very differently that's the main reason I am loving this mod so much, this particular weather using night ENB parameters for a day time, the same as rainy, snowy.....

BTW just updated my preset to 0.199v, only did it because of performance improvement.

CruNcher>>>
It's an interesting theory about Brad Pitt and Johny : D eep, but I noted that he looks like Tom Cruise but prettier :) only in the fourth pic .
Here is that picture.
