Thanks This is Skyblivion (models and textures converted to be played in the Skyrim Engine)
Same goes for Skywind. They are pretty much just the world spaces converted. No quests and the LOD is not good for Skyblivion yet.

I made a small sunglare texture out of the sunlgare and dispersion rays from Oyamas extensive sunsprite shaders and combined it with a sunsprite/corona texture by Matso.
