Did you do the following? Open your SkyrimPrefs.ini (inside 'Documents/MyGames/Skyrim/' folder) and set the following value. The ENBseries SSAO will NOT work without this: bFloatPointRenderTarget=1 <--- This line is set to '0' by default. Change it to '1' Also, a couple more pics of my PureENB release: ![]()

I have been working on a configuration that is not completely realistic per se. I was just trying to capture a "Cinematic" or welcoming and pleasing look. My nights are pretty dark but I personally like it. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() As requested here is my INI, feel free to change whatever you would like. It's still a work in progress. http://www.megaupload.com/?d=IF9R8QCR Sorry it took so long |

While I tried to avoid compression as much as I could, screenshots kept under 800kb, so no worries. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() And I suppose one of each of my characters. ![]() ![]() ![]()

Hi, this is my config, using SMAA with almost no performance hit. Original bmp are 1920x1200, resized for forum convenience: http://www.skyrimnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=5453 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Opethfeldt: Wow, those are some really cool screens. I'm definatly trying this one out. I'm sure it won't look like this on my computer, as none enb config has ever looked liked the screenshots on my pc, that's why I keep ending up using Vanilla Plus from enhanced shaders.. Anyways, I'll check this one out for sure! Speaking of depth of field. I don't believe that it works yet. What we see in screenshots are properbly that fake blur thing, that blurs the edges of the screen when we pause the game. And since those who take the blur/dof screenshots wont talk about it, I suspect that they are faking it, using the pause blur. |

Actually it has been discussed and is no secret that is exactly what is being done... From far327: I see how others are using DOF. (TM in cosole and then tab in game) From silverbullet: and also how are people getting the DOF to work 0_o Answered by Unreal: tm @ console open the menu (tab) |

Lol, you people are serious ? The DOF is working. Well it's not incredible and not polished yet but it works with ENB 0101 and 0102 ( EnableDepthOfField=true ). You can even tweak it, but it's a little tricky. No need for some faking bullshit. |

Yes, it is working, but the screenshots to which they are referring to it is quite obvious that they were done using the method described above. With the amount of blur used and the minimal amount of what is actually in focus in those shots, there is no way you could play the game like that. Once the DOF in ENB is tweaked and realistic it will be fantastic, but until then the trick used is quite effective IMO. Like you said, it's neither incredible nor polished, so for now, yes, for some people there is a need for some "faking bullshit". |
