Btw, how reflections affecting hairs, is that too much ugly as i feel?

with vanilla hairs i dont see any difference but with custom hairs you can see some reflection(i like personaly).

Yeah, I agree. For Vanilla hair, it's an improvement. I saw some Oblivion/Fallout hairs that looked overly shiny but it shouldn't be your concern.

Is anyone else currently using Matso's bloom? It looks blurry to me, is there anyway to sharpen the image in the enbloom file? Also, I love the TINT function, but no matter what I change the rgb values to, there seems to be a yellowish tint everywhere.
