@Mindflux - the color flashing lights look different for me. I'll try to get a capture of the problem. But I stopped using my downsamlped resolution and I haven't seen the issue again yet after about an hour of play. I still get the occasional blackout screen but it's fairly rare. I will try to get video.

@Boris - wasn't trying to put the blame on v0.123. Just had it as one possibility until I could narrow down the issue since it was one of the recent things I changed on my game. It's not fair for me to blame enb if I haven't tested it on a vanilla game. I will definitely test on vanilla when I have a solid block of time.

@Far327: Sounds like you're pushing your GPU too hard. They artifact like that (bright lights, flashing screen, blackouts etc) when they are being over worked. And if you're using all the intensive ENB features like detailed shadows, high quality SSAO, and reflections, as well as downsampling at run-time... I'm hardly surprised your GPU is crying =P

I have two GTX560 Ti's and play at 1920x1080, using ENB shadows, sunshafts, and sometimes SSAO and DoF, but never IL or reflections. I also use faster implementations of SSAO and shadows, rather than high detailed settings. I have my framerate capped at 40fps using the ENB framerate limiter, since my cards get even hotter when they process all of that at 60fps, and often drop into the 40s anyway - and I prefer stable framerates to a framerate that keeps jumping around.

I'd suggest finding a balance that works well for your card. If you're seeing artifacts, you're pushing it too hard. I'd hate to see you brick an expensive GPU =(

I'd have to agree with you in regards to pushing the GPU to hard. I noticed when I first ran the game with reflections on, my fans automatically started to become more audible than usual. Then, when I would downsample, the fans again worked harder. In the end just cranking my fan speed up to 70% from 30% helped reduce graphical abnormalities. I remember once over the weekend I entered the companions interior in whiterun. Literally, many objects were PURPLE!! LOL! I thought for a second that maybe I forgot to install some textures. Wasn't the case though, it was a graphical glitch. I would get strange traces of light that were different colors. Vertex looking shapes, mostly reds and purples would appear at random. I will attempt a balance, but hey I guess it's good to know the limits first in order to obtain balance. ;)

While I'm at it, may I suggest a mod that I recently discovered. It's made for some interesting coloring in my skies.

First of all, i'd like to know more about the issues described above, because when i did optimized version for gta4, it burned up videocards from overheating and if this will appear again, better to revert changes partially.

Second, i installed beta 310.64 driver and can't see any bug with my official files/configs with:
UseOriginalPostProcessing=false
UseOriginalObjectsProcessing=false
EnableBloom=true
EnableAdaptation=true
EnableAmbientOcclusion=true
EnableDepthOfField=false
EnableDetailedShadow=true
EnableSunRays=false
EnableSkyLighting=true
What do i need to make it visible? Or may be this depends from videocard model and only for latest models and may be vista/7?

I will gather as much info as I can regarding GPU stress and the v0.123 config. I will post on the v0.123 release thread instead so we stop cluttering your screenshot thread. :oops:

Regarding 310.64, I haven't tried it yet and am honestly scared to see what will happen. I mean if it's a beta driver, should we even concern ourselves?
EDIT: I see Skyrim gained 9% performance with that driver. (Wants to try it now) Oh, well it's only an increase for the gtx680. I am will to test either way.

I see 310.70 beta driver now. Would it be better to test that one now to see if the reported issues have improved?

User in other thread reported about 310.70, but i trying .64 because this one had more reports previously. Fortunately or not, can't find any bug yet.

I'm using "Project Matso ENB" which you linked on the front page.

In interiors the whole screen will go bright cyan (like night vision) when you use a "blue spell", like a shout, or the interior is mostly blueish (like dwemar ruins lights or some caves). It will then stay that way, until it I press "esc" to enter the game menu and then exit the menu. This will fix it sometimes. Also sometimes if I look into a dark corner it will fix itself. If ENB has some kind of "night vision" detection maybe something is tripping it.

About the flickering outside, it looks like AO turning itself on and off very quickly or something is messing up the calculations. In Whiterun when I go down the stairs from Dragonsreach to the city it flickers like crazy.

Hmm, it's getting interesting. I'm testing with 310.70 right now but I can't reproduce the above issue again - maybe it is indeed tied to GPU overheating. I'll do more testing.

Tested, don't see any problem where you mentioned. I have no idea how to find issue. Could you please modify enbbloom.fx like i wrote here http://enbseries.enbdev.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=625&start=270? If this fix anything?

Right, false alarm here. The flickering I was seeing was caused by the DOF going crazy because of glitchy speculars (as seen on the road in the shot I posted).
