Fashionable robes Far! Screens are looking mighty fine. Still tweaking weather in CK and redid my ENB from scratch, some shots outside of Whiterun, early dawn and a few interior using V 121212.

@Far327 and Maload It's a combination of window light intensity/curve and bloom and then DoF (mostly) in that picture you two refer too (easy to fix with a customizable enbbloom.fx like enb evolved´s) I got a similar result with my JENB Default preset Without ENB Enabled  Though without DoF, which really enhances that kind of effect.
