It's the Vignette effect found in enbeffect.fx. Open that file with notepad.
Do a find for the word #define HD6_VIGNETTE
add double foward slashes in front of #define HD6_VIGNETTE to turn it off.

Should look like this...

//#define HD6_VIGNETTE

@Gionight: Your characters are always so bright as if they are not covered by general lighting and shadowing - how you achieved it?
Love the look of the brutal one.

specs: AMD Phenom II X6, 6Gb Kingston Hyper X 1600mhz, MSI 470GTX Twin Frozr II
Runs it in fullscreen 1920x1200 and 1280x800 window when do some tweaks.
