Ultra Realistic World Lighting and ENB

So i have been using a preset off of the nexus these last few days and then i discovered the mod URWL... it makes the days and interiors look increbile. But the nights are pitch black. I played with the exposure intensity and contrast and got the nights looking good... it makes dungeons too bright though. It also messes up the transition between dawn and evening. The sky/clouds are way too bright during those times. Any tips on how to strike a balance?
Thanks!

You can edit .esp in Creation kit, other than that there is not much to do. It was designed to be used without enb, with enb some weathers in URLW look ok, some like crap.

ok... I thought I could have hit a balance of sorts... is it maybe possible to edit the enb to try to make it look like how URWL looks when it's active during the day?
Thanks for the quick reply btw!
Here's one example of what I like about the combo
But this is how the ENB I am using looks. I would like to get rid of the blue haze and make a bit brighter like the first one looks.

Looks great, awsome.
I'm using URWL myself, but I haven't tweaked it so far, mine is "only" good looking.
