Weather Settings
Hi there is there any way that i can get noon time have the same effects as the afternoon time ? [gtaiv,Any enb just wondering if it can be done]

A bit more info would help out a lot, for instance which game are you referring to and which ENB version?

Ok not my area of expertise exactly, but is it code effect you want implemented from say days and have them affect Noon or do you want to adjust settings to visually look similar from for instance days?
There is no way to tweak that specific time of day alone without affecting the night and day so you will need to tweak the values of the Day and Night at their appropriate time and then adjust them to better enhance noon based time periods.
