Re: VR mod
Fallout VR + ENB (for Fallout 4) it's good already. I don't think Skyrim VR and Skyrim SE it's very different.

Re: VR mod
I have a Vive headset and I adore ENB for Skyrim.
Nonetheless I will probably not play Skyrim VR since the controls for FO4 VR have just been terrible and performance atrocious.
I just can't imagine Skyrim VR reaching enough market saturation to warrant a special ENB version.

Re: VR mod
My two cents: Skyrim VR is awesome, and it's solely responsible for bringing me back to the game after years. I would love to see ENB for VR, and I know a lot of other people would too. The game performs better than expected and a lot better than Fallout 4 VR, so there's definitely performance headroom available.

Re: VR mod
I heard such opinion about other games, but when did mods, almost nobody downloaded it (euro truck simulator for example). So i cant rely on opinion of just two folks. And i dont have videocard and helmet anyway for modding.

Re: VR mod
I would be incredibly interested in a VR version of ENB. I've extensively modded Skyrim + SSE and I'm currently working on setting up mods for the VR version. It seems like the VR version is a minimally tweaked version of SSE, as every SSE mod I've installed so far has worked without problem.
Edit: also, the performance on the VR version is incredible, way better than I expected. It really makes me want to use an ENB because I know my system could handle it.

Re: VR mod
I tried skyrim vr yesterday and I'm really impressed with it. No stuttering, constant 90fps even with 2.0 Steam supersampling and loads of 4K texture mods. It's great, it looks great, and it would probably be amazing with your ENB, Boris. So I hope you'll do it. I don't think I'll play oldrim or sse after this. Not when I can really swing the sword and feel the fire coming out of my hands. Even something like talking to a npc in skyrim vr is enough for you to feel good.
And as others mentioned, it's similar to sse, so I think you can transfer everything enb development-wise from sse to skyrimvr and from skyrimvr to sse without problems. So the worst case scenario you'll have an awesome game to play and pc to have much more fun developing enb.

Re: VR mod
I'm sure all the VR players would like VR ENB, but the thing is that you will probably have to choose between Special Edition and VR? I personally would finish the SE version first, AFAIK there are tons of people who wait for more complete SE ENB before switching from oldrim. While VR is niche SE will be the main game that takes over oldrim when all the missing pieces are finished (ENB + SKSE)

Re: VR mod
I've been playing Skyrim since it first came out on PC. It's the game I learned about modding on. I had hundreds of hours on the game and played it at least a few weeks a year while trying new mods. And since VR came about it's been my wish to dive back in and do 100% playthrough. Now that it's out, it's like a dream come true - I already have fifteen hours (not including modding time) and barely made it out of whiterun.
But something is definitely missing.
I searched, asked around, and spent some time testing myself to see if enb could work but it doesn't. But let me tell you it would be glorious if it did.
The thing about VR, and by that I mean GOOD VR, is that you don't know how awesome it can be until you've gotten a chance to sink your teeth into a great game. Skyrim is that game. People in the thread arguing numbers miss the point - it's a steadily growing market and the current customer segment is very sophisticated by nature due to the cost barrier of getting in. These are people who want to push the hardware and software, and I can't think of a better showcase of the future than Skyrim VR with enb.
Please consider it.
Thanks for hearing me out.

Re: VR mod
I'm 100% interested in a ENB mod for Skyrim VR.
Spent about 3 hours last night modding my game, surprisingly after over 100 mods the game still ran perfectly in VR.
The final touch would be a glorious ENB mod!
