TES Skyrim 0.193

The Elder Scrolls Skyrim (TES Skyrim, Скурим Свитки)

Graphic mod / patch ENBSeries 0.193

Blah-blah-blah x64-bit blah-blah 4Gb blah-blah-blah.

ExpandSystemMemoryX64=true is not tested much feature which only work properly with x64 OS to free up more system memory.
ReduceSystemMemoryUsage=true is same as in 0.192 version with few minor changes which should decrease stuttering.
ForceBorderless and ForceBorderlessFullscreen forcing window to be maximized and rendered at desktop resolution, this allow some smart guys to activate fake supersampling (antialiasing basically) via downsampling.
Important per PC parameters moved to different GUI window and to enblocal.ini file, it must stay with user and enbseries.ini could be shared to other players.
Don't remember what else i changed, because testing of 0.192 took a lot of time and nerves, 0.193 developed in parallel to it.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.193

When speaking of the sun.
Nice summary by the way, blah-blah!

I'm going to try it asap.

/e

Working even better than the test versions, but I've noticed the UE3 phenomenon where a few textures are a mess for a second before they appear in their full glory.
Nothing serious though :)

No crash at all btw, I simply quit.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.193

What is temperature of your gpu without mod with same test? And have you tried only x64 fix, without reducesystemmemoryusage?

Re: TES Skyrim 0.193

GPU temps are wrong in every graph, like I've noted in the 192 thread.
It's about 70°C under load at most, but I'd be worrying if they were true, yeah.

I'm going to try it only with x64 fix now.

-> Graph for x64 only:

Even looks a bit better.

And this is what I meant with UE phenomenon. Happens sometime during the first few seconds when you step into a new cell... not directly at the start though.
The texture seems to be normally loaded.. then suddenly this appears.. a few seconds later it's back to normal.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.193

I'm afraid your card will die. Anyway, i'm interesting is x64 fix enabled allow to reach memory usage above 3 gb, because it's designed for that.

Bug with lods looks like from enb helper mod, if you don't have it installed, then it's memory management of the game + multithreading, i can't solve.

A new card's due anyway. :D

You mean only x64 fix without memoryusagefix again? I'll bump up the ugrids setting and have a look whether it crashes at 3,1GB or not. Give me a second.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.193

Still finding more HD files. I haven't crashed yet on what I have so far without the memoryfix enabled.

Thanks for the mention of uGrids though, Kaffeekranz. I'll do that as well.

YOU SIR, DESERVE A MEDAL.
Up to 3200MB and no crash. I couldn't get it much higher right now, didn't matter where I went.
But this calls for an extreme stress test. :D

/e

Alright, now it crashed during the first loading screen at about 3150mb.
And again. I'm going to additionally enable memoryusagefix.

But I could only get memory usage so high with extreme ugrid values, so I'm not sure whether it's somehow the game's fault, or if it doesn't work.

But it CAN exceed the 3,1GB by a couple of MB which gives a little buffer. I'll have a look whether I can push memory a bit with a few more texture mods and report back.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.193

Ok, i'll try myself somehow to get that crash, don't know how.
PS: probably will post some test here soon.

[General]
uGridsToLoad=11
uExterior Cell Buffer=144

in skyrimprefs.ini should do it.
