@ENBseries
It looks like portal2x2 is having the same problem as me too.
And I can confirm that it is definitely caused by water, and definitely bugged by versions .137-.141.

That's okay Boris. If you don't like the game that's your prerogative. I'll just drool over the thought what could happen if someone with your skill would love the game like I do: he would immediately start doing all the dirty work involved with getting this to be all it can be.
True, the game has many bugs. But that's not why I keep playing it, obviously. I love the game for its art design. The colour scheme I'm setting up myself, using ENB. I can hardly even look at the game now with ENB turned off. That's thanks to you. But the more you give us, the more we'll clamour for even better gadgets and tools. Oh how I wish you had an army of code monkeys there to do your bidding. I'd send you a whip to work them into shape, no questions asked.
Say, is there a plausible way to lengthen the sun rays using your binary for F:NV?

Re: Fallout New Vegas 0.141
No, i didn't length variables and it's shader code also not designed for this. Rays are longer than screen size actually, but the most noticable rays looks much shorter so players thinking they are actual rays. No, they are not, it's side artifact which appar from generating rays from sun texture instead of sun position/direction. Tried to fix it, but quality decreased a lot and decided not to add more samples as it's have performance impact. Sometime later.
