Re: TES Skyrim 0.193
I test your file test38
I use wrapper version of 0.193
with [MEMORY]
ExpandSystemMemoryX64=true
ReduceSystemMemoryUsage=false
DisableDriverMemoryManager=true
with [MEMORY]
ExpandSystemMemoryX64=true
ReduceSystemMemoryUsage=True
DisableDriverMemoryManager=true
With ReduceSystemMemoryUsage=True
i loose 10-15 fps
I notice my alt+tab do not the same job now . i loose focus but not returning on desktop and when i refocus tes5 i can directly play the game (before i must clic start and clic the tes5 windows)
now i must clic on apply change in gui when i change a setting in enbserie with alt tab . sorry for my bad english.
also the setting in game britgness dosent work , no effect.
My spec i5 3570k
amd7950 oc
ssd, 8gb ram
1900x1200
no msaa
Edit: ok i m to slow sorry lol

Re: TES Skyrim 0.193
I know I'm late to the party, but confirming Skyrim Performance Monitor was the issue for me as well.
Holy Low Ram Usage, Batman!
Raven Rock with full baseline STEP and about 100 gameplay and other mods (right at 400 mods and 224 ESPs total) - 534MB RAM usage (not VRAM which stays pegged around 2GB)
Using RealVision ENB at 1080P with .193
Determined using Elys_Meminfo since SPM didn't want to play nice in the sandbox.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.193
I've got an AMD card, and it looks like Boris has been saying that the ReduceSystemMemoryUsage=true setting basically requires ARGB textures right now, rather than DXT. Does anyone know how to batch decompress from DXT to ARGB? Most texture mods are DXT, as well as the vanilla files of course. DDSopt doesn't seem to want to do it. It stays on DXT even if I set constraints for ARGB. Any help?
Thanks everyone. And thanks Boris! You have done some incredible work!
