As you can see Skse is the reason Enbhost.exe not working. How do i fix this???
seems not to be a general problem, I am running Skyrim via Mod Organizer -> skse-launcher, and enbhost obviously works as intended:
one of the things I had to do is set ALL programs in the chain to launch Skyrim to administrator rights, since otherwise enbhost.exe can not be launched with the privileges it needs.
Can i ask you to do a favor, I was doing more testing but i want a second opinion. Do you know a mod called HDT.

nope, sorry, no idea. I'm not into high heels and not very much invested in the Skyrim babe business
In general I stay away from anything that needs custom skeletons and messes around with animations (fnis, ap, loverslab stuff, puppeteer, whatever) - safely tucked away in a separate mod organizer profile so it does not fuck up my regular gaming profiles.

Ok i just find out that a plugin call hdtPhysicsExtensions is the reason ENBHOST.exe is not working. SOmehow it interferes with it

Never saw such behavior and don't think i can help. If you can reproduce issue, say which version don't have it and which have 100%. But again, i don't think it's because of bad code of the mod.

As i wrote before, Afterburner work better if started after game, that's why it's called After-burner. Of course it's burner, so don't report any issues then.

I troubleshot this issue in Nexus Chat with Blackheart
Blackheart needed a fresh INI, had yet to make one...so none was present for enb hook during quality tuning. He was doing a fresh install, had installed enb before making his INIs for Skyrim. Problem/issue was resolved by renaming/moving d3d9.dll, running skyrim launcher for load order and INI generation, then renamed/moved d3d9.dll back to normal.

I didn't realize that it was causing any issues with enb for anyone. that is why /i was asking if anyone knew if there was another program for controllign fan curves that worked with AMD GPUs. I don't want to run anything that would cause problems and I would not post issue if running afterburner. Never ran it before this I got this card it is just that this one runs a bit hotter side so I started using it. I didn't realize it was causing issues if I set it to not hook the program in RTSS. THANKS FOR THE HARDWORK BORIS.

I don't know about any other programs but I don't use afterburner or anything like that. I have a HD 7870 and I just manually set the fan speed on my card up to 65% directly in CCC. It makes a little bit of noise, but not much. I have an ASUS card though and it has the DirectCU cooler on it which is REALLY effective and even under load the fan wouldn't go over 40%. Keeps my card perfectly cool and you don't need any messy extra software, you can just tweak it from CCC. I've also got an overclock on my card and I sit at about 71 degrees. I'd like it a little cooler but this is not out of the comfortable zone.

Sorry, this is not directly ENB related totally, but I though it may help someone and I've a question to test those that frequent this amazing forum for an opinion.
I have decided that there are too many people on this forum, that I think reliable that have the game running on computers lesser then mine with all the HD mods on the planet and even uGrid on 7 or 9 and have no crashes. That I suspect that there is a mod in my load order that is causing my freezes. So I did some experimenting and I can confirm that ENB 0.211 or even 0..209 are perfect (Kudos to the SUPER patient Boris!!) and as I suspect the problems I was having is with my mods and I have found the culprit, so I hope this helps someone:
I tracked my intermittent freezes (which have sound continuing in the background) to "Deadly Spell Impact"! No matter which version I installed it consistently crashes my game. Got rid of it and I got the stability (mentioned further below)! SO DON'T follow the S.T.E.P. guide to the letter and I suspect this will help a lot of people as I think a lot of people read the STEP guide and have this mod installed. (I have an UBER machine, 5Ghz 32Gb, Titan, SSD raid and Deadly Spell Impact kills my game everytime and no I don't have ANY mods apart from graphical mods running, so it isn't an obvious mod conflict)
Question: I am stress testing my game for stability, I have uninstall a ton of mods, basics again with graphical updates and some very common mods. Not many at all.
I am able to spawn 40 fire mages and 20 guards out side whiterun and get NO crashes!!!! So you would say that its pretty rock stable!!! (I tried Somber ENB Ultra and that under these conditions didn't crash my game! but even on my machine, it dropped down to 20ish fps though!)
BUT: When I spawn even 1 dragon and then kill it, as I perform the final blow the game CTDs everytime!
My theory: Its a NEW GAME, and I haven't completed the first dragon quest and kill my first dragon, so the game's absorb dragon soul script has a SEIZURE and crashes my game. As there aren't suppose to be any dragons at this stage.
Anyone any ideas?
(I am using only a very small subset of the mods I usually use and there were NEVER this problem before, but I've never tested stability by artificially spawning creatures before either.)
(Before anyone ask, it's not a graphical issue, its not a VRAM/RAM issue, its not an INI issue, I am running the unofficial patches, frostfall (which isn't even turned on), realistic needs and diseases (which isn't even turned on) and falskaar, I seriously doubt that its mod related (I have tried with and without deadly dragons and the same occurs), so I think my theory is correct, I guess the best way to test out my theory (very minor spoiler, so small I wouldn't call it a spoiler) is to go to bleak fall's barrow and find the dragon stone and give it the Jarl and kill my first dragon and see if that fixes my problems, but if somebody knows for sure, then I can move on with my mod testing and not worry about it for now.)
I am an old hand at modding, I have been doing so since Morrowind, so I have all the basics down.
